All pupils aged 2 and 3 are half price.

Here are the basics:

Age - Pupils may start dancing at any time in the school year. Our youngest pupils take the Ballet Basics classes aged from about two years and six months, which take place at the following times and locations:

3.30pm, Tue - All Saints Church, Onslow Gardens, Sanderstead CR2 9AB

 

3.45pm, Wed - Highfield Hall, 320 Carshalton Road, Carshalton SM5 3QB

 

9.15am, Sat - Highfield Hall

 

8:45am, Sat - High View Primary School, The Chase, Wallington, SM6 8JT

 

Ballet basics pupils can move up to our Pre-primary ballet classes at the age of four. Pre-primary classes take place at the following times and locations:

 

4.15pm, Tue - All Saints Church

 

4.30pm, Wed - Highfield Hall

 

9:30am, Sat - High View Primary School

 

First classes - The first class is free of charge and for the youngest pupils we don't start to charge you until they start to join in. Pupils can and are allowed to take their time to start classes fully. Comfortable clothing and bare feet are suitable for the first couple of classes. We sell ballet uniform comprising - pink leotard, skirt, socks and shoes. Our teacher will give you a registration form to complete and return at your second class.

Exams - We enter pupils for external examinations from five years of age. A qualified teacher will assess each pupil's suitability for examination and discusses the entry with the pupil and/or parent. Examination entry is not compulsory and, if preferred, pupils can skip an exam and move up to the next class at the appropriate time.

Fees - Pupils may commence tuition at any point in the term. After the first free of charge class pupils will need to pay for the remaining weeks in the term. We usually charge for classes on a termly basis and not by class.
